Bedrooms
The Grand Master Suite is on the ground floor, this beautiful bedroom has a King size bed, its own unique private sitting area and its own private poolside access. A further Master Suite is on the ground floor and the third on the first floor.The fourth and fifth bedrooms have twin beds and there is a full size sofa in the lounge. A family bathroom is adjacent to these bedrooms for easy access. All rooms are luxuriously furnished with window treatments and many arts and artifacts. For your comfort, there are ceiling fans throughout.
Living Rooms
The main lounge is open planned and overlooks the lanai and pool area, with Wide Screen TV/DVD/VCR and High-Fi System. There is a sofa bed in this main lounge. A second lounge area is ideal for peace and relaxation. There is a large dining area inside the Villa and a further Alfresco dining and BBQ facility outside. The extended pool/ sunbathing deck is an ideal place for those lazy days away from the parks.

Beautifully fitted kitchen with all the latest appliances including twin fridge/freezer, icemaker, cooking range, microwave and full equipment for all occasions.The dining room adjoins the kitchen area.

This Villa has a full size games room with snooker/billiards table, foosball(football)table and electronic darts.. There are well stocked bass fishing lakes in the community, great fun!

A beautiful 32 ft x 14ft heated pool and jacuzzi spa, maintaining a comfortable temperature all year round. This pool is optically illuminated and spectacular at night.There is an extended and screened pool deck, for your enjoyment without the bugs and without excessive sunrays. BBQ and dining facilities, numerous sun loungers. A superb area to spend those barmy, romantic evenings.

Your safety and security is so important to us. Formosa Gardens is a walled and gated community. The Villa has a full security alarm system, interconnected fire system and emergency lighting. All windows, doors and pool entrances are alarmed to prevent children entering the pool area unaccompanied by an adult. |
