The fourth and fifth bedrooms share an en-suite and have Twin Size Beds. The sixth and seventh bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom. All bedrooms are beautifully adorned in custom bedding with pillow top mattresses for ultimate comfort, are fully furnished with nightstands, chests and furnishing accessories and tastefully decorated with custom window treatments, accent walls and many arts and artefacts.

There is no room smaller than 12ft x 10ft, most bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with window treatments, pillow-top mattresses, custom bedding, ceiling fans, and have TVs with either DVDs or VCRs.

Living Rooms
The main lounge overlooks the pool area with beautiful uninterrupted views over natural conservation and parkland beyond. This room has luxuriously comfortable sofas with doors leading out to the pool deck and lanai/porch area.

A second lounge adjoins the dining room, with a High Definition Home Theatre with DVD/VCR.

The lanai, porch area adjoining the pool, is ideal for BBQ and Alfresco dining, has seating for 16 persons with an unrivalled outlook.

Safety and Security
Your safety and security is all important to us. Emerald Island Resort is walled and gated, but more importantly it is manned 24 hours a day.

The Villa has full security alarm and interconnected fire alarm system, with smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All windows and doors have child alarms, these can only be deactivated by an adult.
