Our brand new (2007) 2800 sq ft 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom executive pool home and spa is located right on the fairway, enjoying stunning views of the course and conservation beyond.

The villa has 3 master bedrooms all with full en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedded rooms which are all "designer" furnished to the very highest standards, as is the rest of the property.

All bedrooms have 27" flat screen LCD TVs and full cable package as does the guest suite lounge area. The main lounge area features a 50" HD plasma TV with HiFi surround sound system and multi disc DVD player and full cable TV package.

The Villa features a 25ft x 12ft salt water heated swimming pool and spa set in the courtyard between the main house and the detached guest suite, which is aloft the double garage to the front of the property, the two being connected by a "covered walkway" at 1st floor level!

The courtyard, which is tastefully planted out with tropical plants and palms, is extensively block paved allowing ample area for sun bathing by day and "Alfresco" dining by night!

The "guest suite" (independent access) comprises a double bedroom with queen size bed and full en-suite, a kitchen and dining area and it's own luxuriously furnished lounge area.

The master suites in the main house both have full en-suite facilities and one features it's own balcony over looking the golf course the other has French doors onto pool courtyard.
