Bedrooms
Four Master Suites have luxurious King and Queen Size Beds beautifully adorned in custom bedding with pillow top mattresses for ultimate comfort. The fifth master suite has Twin Size Beds and the two remaining bedrooms have twins.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with nightstands, chests and furnishing accessories. Two of the ground floor Bedrooms have their own private poolside access. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with window treatments, pillowtop mattresses, custom bedding, ceiling fans, TVs with either DVDs or VCR. Living Rooms
The main lounge overlooks the pool area with tropically landscaped gardens beyond. This room has luxuriously upholstered sofas, high soaring ceilings to the gallery landing above. A Wide Screen High Definition Home Theatre system. French doors lead out to the pool deck. There are two delightful dining areas in this Villa, with seating for 10 persons at any one time inside And the lanai porch area adjoining the pool has seating for 14 or more persons.
Gourmet Kitchens
Beautiful mahogany units with upgraded Corian surfaces. This kitchen is fully equipped for all occasions with twin fridge/freezer, icemaker, full cooking range, microwave, coffee makers, blenders etc. A breakfast bar and a large dining area adjoin the kitchen, again with pool views and access. There is a dedicated games room, with full size pool/billiards table. Poolside Facilities
A beautiful 40 foot ripple free pool awaits you, with gas fired heating, fountains and waterfalls. The average Villa pools are only 30 feet. Designed with family groups in mind. A separate jacuzzi/spa and the younger children will love the play pool, designed as a’ Mickeys’ pool. There is a huge extended sunbathing deck with an abundance of loungers and comfy sun chairs, the deck is screened to keep out those bugs and excessive sunrays. A BBQ for some culinary fun. The deck area leads off to beautiful tropically landscaped gardens to the front and rear, one of the largest gardens on the Estates. A great area to relax and enjoy yourselves after the parks. The Utility room has high capacity, high speed washers and dryers, there are hair dryers in all bedrooms, together with linen and towels. Crib, high chair, cool boxes, irons and ironing boards. Safety and Security
Your safety and security is all important to us. Formosa Gardens is a walled and gated community. The Villa has a full security alarm and interconnected fire alarm system, with smoke detectors and emergency lighting, linked directly to central station. All windows and doors have child alarms, these can only be deactivated by an adult. There is a wall safe for your valuables. Although the whole Disney area does not have a crime problem, the Formosa Gardens area is considered to be particularly safe and secure.
