This Villa at over 4,500sq ft is one of the largest available and is unique, being the only one of this custom design and professionally furnished to the highest standard for the most discerning guests. Pinewood Park is only 2 minutes from 5 championship golf courses, Greg Norman’s Champions Gate and Jack Nicklaus Reunion and also within 2 minutes of the motorway, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Bedrooms
 The Grand Master Suite has a King Size bed, a huge walk in Shower room, walk in wardrobes a corner bath, sitting area and private pool side access.
A further 3 Master Suites have luxurious Queen size beds. The fifth and sixth have Twins. All bedrooms are beautifully adorned in custom bedding with pillow top mattresses for ultimate comfort, are fully furnished with twin nightstands, chests and furnishing accessories and tastefully decorated with custom window treatments, accent walls and many arts and artefacts. The Disney room is specially themed for our younger guests, with playstation 2 and games consoles and football table. This bedroom has a triple bunk with single above and a double below, a great room for 3 to 4 smaller children. A further sleeping area or den has been created on the large gallery landing with a sofa/ bed, ideal for teenagers who want their own space. There is no room smaller than 12ft x 10ft, all bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with window treatments, pillowtop mattresses, custom bedding, ceiling fans, TV’s with either DVD’s or VCR’s
Living Rooms
 The main lounge overlooks the pool area with beautiful uninterupted views over natural conservation and parkland beyond. This room has luxuriously comfortable sofas with seating for 8 persons, 30 ft of high soaring ceilings and galleries. French doors lead out to the pool deck and lanai/porch area. This is a wonderful area to chill out and relax in peace.
The second lounge area also has access to another lanai/porch on the pool deck. This lounge has large sofas with seating for 8 or more. A High Definition Home Theatre with DVD/VCR This is an ideal area for youngsters to amuse themselves, giving the adults some private space. There are two delightful dining areas in this Villa, with seating for up to 12 persons at any one time in the main dining room or at the separate breakfast room seating for 8. The lanai porch area adjoining the pool, ideal for BBQ and Alfresco dining, has seating for 16 or more persons.
Gourmet Kitchens
Beautiful mahogany units with preparation pedestal, the latest appliances including twin fridge/freezer, icemaker, full cooking range, microwave and fully equipped for all occasions.
A breakfast bar and a large dining area adjoin the kitchen, again with pool and lakeside views and access.
Sports Facilities
There is a dedicated games room, with full size pool/billiards table, football table and games area.
Playstation 2 and board games are in the themed bedrooms.
Poolside Facilities
 A beautiful 32 foot ripple free pool with advanced filtration awaits you, with the option of gas fired heating. This, unlike many pool systems, maintains a comfortable water temperature all year round. Rectangular in shape with easy access, enabling even the largest groups to still swim full lengths in comfort and space. Hot tub and Spa.
There is a huge sunbathing deck, with an abundance of loungers and comfy sun chairs, the main deck is screened to keep out those bugs and excessive sunrays. There is in total almost 55 feet of sunbathing deck leading to beautiful tropically landscaped gardens.
Both gas and charcoal BBQ’s. This is the ideal alfreso experience. Enjoy those barmy, romantic evenings almost 12 months of the year, with an unrivalled uninterrupted view over beautiful conservation and natural woodlands to the rear and parkland across to the lake on the side Total privacy, only one adjoining privately owned Villa.
Other Facilities
The Utility room has high capacity, high speed washers and dryers, there are hair dryers in all bedrooms and plentiful linen and towels. Crib, high chair, cool boxes, irons and ironing boards.
Safety and Security
Your safety and security is all important to us. Pinewood Country Estates is a Neighborhood Watch community, with only one entrance.
The Villa has a full security alarm and interconnected fire alarm system, with smoke detectors and emergency lighting, linked directly to central station. All windows and doors have child alarms, these can only be deactivated by an adult.
Pinewood Country Estates has a good presence of home owners who reside there permanently. They in turn look after this community and take great pleasure in maintaining its exceptional condition.
